Daughters 4 Dads Cancer Walk/Run
ZERO is proud to partner with Daughters 4 Dads to end prostate cancer
ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Napa Valley features a 10K run, 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids Superhero Dash for Dad
It will be held on September 17th, 2016 at the Napa Valley College at the track at 8:15am. There will be a hot breakfast after the race and a post race celebration with fun for all ages.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Martin O'Neil Cancer Center and the St. Helena Hospital to allow for the development of a regional prostate cancer program and clinic research trials to occur in Napa Valley. The funds raised from ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Napa Valley are also invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer.
Daughters 4 Dads started this event after their father and 2 other men in their family were diagnosed with prostate cancer. Their Dad unfortunately passed away on Father's Day of 2014. The fight continues so other families and men don't have to endure what their family did.
